Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unopened beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our UK warehouse address provided by our support team to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
